These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at tradeworkflows.com, workflowos.tech, and workflowos.pro (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Trade Workflows Incorporated ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About this Site
The Site provides information about WorkFlow OS, a work order and technician-qualification product for HVAC contractors, and allows visitors to book a walkthrough or contact our team. WorkFlow OS is currently in an early-access stage. Features described as on the roadmap are not available today, and features, pricing, and availability described on the Site may change.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or related systems
- Using automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site without permission
- Uploading or transmitting any malicious code
3. Early access and launch pricing
Booking a walkthrough or sending a message does not guarantee access to WorkFlow OS or any specific pricing. Launch pricing referenced on the Site is offered at our discretion, for a limited number of early-adopter accounts, and may be modified, extended, or discontinued at any time prior to a binding subscription agreement being executed.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the WorkFlow OS name and mark, and the status-ring logo — is the property of Trade Workflows Incorporated or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
5. No professional advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about WorkFlow OS and is not a substitute for professional, legal, accounting, or business advice specific to your circumstances.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or reference third-party services (such as Google Calendar for booking walkthroughs, or QuickBooks and Stripe for planned integrations). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Trade Workflows Incorporated is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
