Trade Workflows Incorporated ("WorkFlow OS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at tradeworkflows.com, workflowos.tech, and workflowos.pro (collectively, the "Site"), and through the WorkFlow OS contact form and walkthrough booking page, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us or book a walkthrough, we collect the information you submit directly, which may include:
- Name and email address
- Company name and phone number
- Crew size and any message you choose to include
- Scheduling details you enter when booking a walkthrough (handled through Google Calendar's appointment booking page)
We also automatically collect limited technical information through standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and site-performance purposes.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to contact inquiries and walkthrough bookings
- To schedule onboarding calls or product demonstrations
- To send updates about WorkFlow OS availability and pricing, where you have asked us to

Form submissions are emailed to our team and also saved to a secured, access-restricted file on our hosting server as a backup. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect this information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
